Biz Kingdom of Success Business School: The Answer to the Aspirations of Vietnamese Businesses

Dr. Tô Nhật has more than 20 years of teaching experience at business schools including SOAS, University of London (United Kingdom), Washington State University (United States), and the National Economics University. He also served as Founding Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of AMACCAO Group for more than 12 years.
He has also spent five years delivering hands-on training to more than 40,000 business owners, CEOs, and managers of small and medium-sized enterprises in Vietnam.
Dr. Tô Nhật, Founding Chairman of Success Business School, shared that he has always aspired to help 100,000 small and medium-sized entrepreneurs in Vietnam build sustainable, enduring business empires, enabling them to lead wealthier, happier, and more prosperous lives while contributing to the strong development of Vietnam’s economy.
Believing that an entrepreneur is successful only when they achieve both wealth and happiness, Dr. Tô Nhật has developed a range of training programs tailored to entrepreneurs’ needs at every stage of their business journey, including Biz Kingdom – “Building a Sustainable and Enduring Business Empire.”
“Many entrepreneurs start a business believing that they will become owners, but in reality, they become slaves to their own companies. They build their businesses from a trade, a family household business, through a traditional family succession model, or from small-scale commerce. Although they always aspire to build a business that operates and grows sustainably without requiring their daily involvement in management, they lack a comprehensive understanding of business management and do not yet know how to delegate authority and empower their teams. As a result, instead of enjoying the freedom of being a business owner, every day feels like crossing a river by feeling for stones beneath the surface. They must struggle to survive on their own or become stuck, unable to realize their ambition of growing into a larger enterprise,” Dr. Tô Nhật said.
Ms. Lê Thanh, CEO of Daiichi Group, which owns three companies operating in the labor export sector in Vietnam, once experienced severe depression while being overwhelmed by work at the company and neglecting her family. However, she was unable to find a solution to the human resource management challenges within a business network spanning Japan, Myanmar, and Vietnam.
Similarly, Mr. Phạm Văn Khanh, Chairman of Vinatech Group, a major manufacturer and distributor of warehouse shelving and supermarket racks in Ho Chi Minh City, also faced challenges after the company had been operating for 10 years. He wanted to expand the business but found himself struggling. In 2019, the company had 300 employees, yet he felt exhausted and wondered how companies with 3,000 or even 30,000 employees could operate smoothly.
When they came to Dr. Tô Nhật’s Biz Kingdom course, these entrepreneurs were guided through management methods that had been systemized according to international standards and delivered by a mentor with both strong academic expertise and structured practical experience.

The Biz Kingdom course at Success Business School has been delivered for five years, with a scientifically structured curriculum that helps participants not only gain general knowledge but also receive guidance for the specific challenges of their own businesses. The program covers the mindset of sustainable business ownership, the structured “management flywheel” model, eight steps for building a business management system, institution building, the establishment of systematic processes for managing all business activities, brand building, the application of marketing tools, and sales system development.
Each component of the program serves a dual purpose: creating a roadmap that guides participants in operating successful businesses while enabling them to enjoy greater happiness in owning their companies and leading their lives.
After completing the program, business owners and managers leave not only with knowledge and practical lessons, but also with strong confidence in the future and in the larger vision they are building themselves. Ms. Lê Thanh shared that after five days of participating in the course, managing the multinational company she leads became much easier.
Mr. Lưu Đình Cải, Director of Viet Panel Construction Co., Ltd., increased revenue from VND 70 billion to VND 230 billion in just eight months.
Mr. Lê Sự and Mr. Phạm Văn Khanh also achieved remarkable success through these courses, with their companies doubling in scale, workforce numbers increasing many times over, and operations continuing to grow steadily even during the difficult economic period caused by Covid-19. They also gained more time for themselves and their families.
