Alphanam Leaders Meet Dr. To Nhat and Gain Valuable Insights from the Training Program “Practical and Effective Policies and Mechanisms”

On the morning of March 4, 2025, the training program entitled “Practical and Effective Policies and Mechanisms” took place at Alphanam Group’s headquarters at 108 Nguyen Trai Street. The program served as the opening session of the Human Resource Development Module, which forms part of Alphanam Group’s 2025 Leadership Training Series. Dr. To Nhat personally facilitated the session, sharing practical, insightful, and highly applicable knowledge and experience.

In his opening remarks, Chairman Nguyen Tuan Hai expressed his admiration and appreciation for Success Business School and Dr. To Nhat, Vice Chairman of AMACCAO Group. Dr. To Nhat is an entrepreneur, business coach, and inspirational speaker with a strong passion for sharing knowledge, training, and mentoring. Over the past six years, he has helped more than 40,000 business owners build sustainable and thriving business empires.

Chairman Nguyen Tuan Hai stated: “We hope this will mark the beginning of a shared journey towards building an increasingly successful business community.”

In his lecture, Dr. To Nhat focused on three key topics:

• An overview of performance-based contracting and work norms, including why they are essential.
• The process of developing and implementing performance-based contracting mechanisms and work norms.
• Practical experience in applying these mechanisms across construction, manufacturing, and office operations.

The valuable insights and knowledge shared by Dr. To Nhat were drawn from his own experience of studying, training, and serving in various positions at AMACCAO Group.

At the end of the session, Dr. To Nhat expressed his gratitude to Chairman Nguyen Tuan Hai for the trust placed in him. He added:
