Dr. To Nhat is one of Vietnam's most influential entrepreneurs, leaders, and renowned trainers for business owners, bringing over 30 years of experience in corporate management, executive leadership, and human development. He currently serves as the Founding Vice Chairman of AMACCAO Group – one of Vietnam's leading multi-sector conglomerates. In his key leadership role, he has directly driven the group's development strategies, designed governance systems, and built its operational foundations. He played a pivotal role in expanding AMACCAO Group from a family business with 40 employees into a thriving ecosystem of over 40 subsidiaries, more than 7,000 staff members, and a total output exceeding VND 10,000 billion by 2025. Alongside his corporate career, Dr. To Nhat is the Chairman of SBK Holdings and the Founder of Success Business School (SBS) – a premier entrepreneurial training organization in Vietnam. SBS was established with the mission of empowering Vietnamese business owners to transition from self-employed specialists into true business owners through structured systems, capable teams, and strong leadership competencies. As of 2026, after nearly 8 years of growth and development, Success Business School has trained and mentored over 50,000 business owners nationwide, helping thousands of enterprises build robust management systems, develop teams, and achieve sustainable growth. He earned his Bachelor of Economics from the National Economics University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT – Bangkok, Thailand), and completed his Ph.D. in Economics in 2008 at SOAS University of London (United Kingdom). He has also taught at the University of Washington (USA) and SOAS University of London (UK), and served as a lecturer at the National Economics University since 1997.
